This is one of the lead stories in this weeks Wanstead & Woodford Guardian. It's never a big news week in The W & W Guardian - previous stories including the wonderful: Police Interview Woman In Council Flat. This one made me laugh out loud when I passed it this morning, so I snapped it and am sharing with you.
